  • Privacy Policy
  • Most orders ship from our warehouse in New Jersey. Occasionally, Hobbies Depot will need to have orders dropshipped from other warehouses. In those cases, your shipping information and the items ordered that ship from that warehouse will be submitted to our vendors for the purposes of shipping your order. Further, we will obviously need to submit your shipping and contact information to UPS or USPS when we process your shipping label.
    Beyond that, Hobbies Depot will *never* sell, lease, or give away your personal information. This information includes, but is not limited to, your name, address, email address, phone number, credit card information, and the items you ordered.


  • Shipping & Delivery
  • PAYPAL PAYMENTS : ALL ORDERS PAID BY PAYPAL MUST GO TO THE ADDRESS WE RECEIVE ON THE PAYPAL PAYMENT. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you enter a different address on your invoice, we will change it to the address on the paypal payment page without notification. These are Paypal's rules, and they are to protect you and your account. Please make sure the address on the Paypal payment is an address you can receive at.


  • Sales Tax
  • Hobbies Depot Inc charges 7% sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site and delivered within the State of New Jersey. This tax also applies to shipping/handling charges, per New Jersey State Law. Sales tax applies to all pick-up orders, as well. If you are buying tax-exempt for resale, you will need to send us a completed NJ ST-3 form, along with a photocopy of your state resale certificate. We must charge NJ state sales tax if we do not have these forms on file, even if you're buying for resale.

  • Return Policy

  • Hobby supplies and Tobacciana (Zippo / Xikar products) may be returned within 15 days of receipt as long as all returned merchandise is new, factory sealed, and resaleable condition. Opened packs of hobby supplies are non-returnable. Zippo lighters that have been fueled or fired are non-returnable. Shipping/handling will only be refunded if we shipped you the wrong merchandise.


    ALL DAMAGED MERCHANDISE must be reported to us within 2 business days of receipt of your package. The more time passes between the delivery date and the filing of a damage claim, the more likely UPS is to deny the claim. Please report any damages to us as quickly as possible upon receipt.


    All Sales Final on trading cards, collectibles, or other general merchandise unless the wrong item has been shipped.


    All returns must be assigned an RMA # (return merchandise authorization) by us via email and this number must be on the outside of the returned package.
